January was such a great month, money wise, and I managed to get everything I needed (and hadn't been able to afford yet) <3 But now I have to be more careful with my money since I don't know when I'll get another gig that pays me that well anytime soon.

The joys of being an actor with no financial stability whatsoever.

How are you girls doing? What's new? I've been away FOREVER so fill me in!

Hope you get some rest soon, Ina

I'm trying to catch up with the Oscar movies (the ones with the best performances nominees at least), I'm underwhelmed so far except for Moonlight. What a work of art.

Thanks, dear

Yeah, I think Moonlight was very good Watched Manchester By the Sea the other night, it's a very hard movie to watch, however Casey Affleck is pretty cool in it.

I'll admit that my judgement might be affected by knowing that Casey Affleck is a sexual abuser, but I'll say that his performance wasn't memorable at all to me. Good, yes but I don't think it was much of a stretch for him to play a rude man who's depressed and completely void of charisma. I watched Fences last night and while it's definitely not as good as Manchester, Denzel's performance blows Casey's out of the water.

Hoping to watch either Elle or Captain Fantastic tomorrow night.

I tried to watch Fences the other day, but I just couldn't finish it. Great performances, but I don't think it's my kind of a movie. Viola and Denzel are always brilliant, that's for sure.

Great to have you back Ana.

Well, I've been battling anhedonia for the past two months, which is why I haven't been posting regularly on FF. But I've been reading lots of books instead.

I hope things get better for you, Thirza It's great that you've been reading a lot though, I'm focusing on book as well, less TV shows this year so I can reach my book goal this time. I have a lot of unread books on my shelf, that needs to change.

Ina, I think I only finished Fences in one sitting (with a few pauses) because I was watching it with my roomate. It's not my kind of movie either but the performances were amazing.

Thank you. It's great, I used to read when I was in school but then university happened. And I still need to catch up on B99 and You're the Worst and finish S2 of The Man in the High Castle.

I think I'm caught up with B99 but I haven't finished season 3 of YTW. At least up until episode 7-8 the season hadn't been as good as the past ones, so I ended up leaving it behind. I still want to finish it though.

I watched the season premiere and felt that something was missing. That ending with Lindsay and Paul though. So, you think it peaked in season 2?
