that we're having a better economy at the hospital and we're stopping the struggle where we have to watch every single things we do and we have a lot of pressure to not mess up a thing and we keep on saying where it's wrong but we keep on failing!

not enough activity (no people in bed) and too much expenses (doctors, nurses,...). the state is the one paying for it but every year for the same activity, it keeps giving us less but at some point, we can't make anything more!
