I had an interesting dream this morning. I dreamed that I was back at my old job, working in the office. I know was a contract employee but I really liked working there. It was a small company too, only about less than 10 people worked there.

Yea, like sometimes I am trying to do something and then I am messaged and it annoys me that I feel as if I have to put my task aside and answer.
Or how I make myself feel like I can't walk away from the comp and have a real lunch break because someone might email and I have to answer back asap. When I was on vacation, I loved being able to walk away from the house without having the anxiety that I have to respond to someone. __________________

Exactly. Like Friday I basically had nothing to do but yet I felt like I couldn't walk away. And no one is telling me that I can't walk away. It's feelings I put on myself.
