Thanks everyone for your support. I think I'm done applying for jobs this week. I've been keeping a spreadsheet of places I've applied too, and I've been applying nearly everyday. I need a break today. Plus, I have my return date to the DMV tomorrow.

Now, I know what my mom wants me to do. I think she wants me to sue my former employer for Wrongful Termination. Yeah, I'm sure that will go over well and will probably jeopardize my Letter of Recommendation that I politely and calmly asked for. What is wrong with her? I'm ready to move on.

That should be your decision and only your decision if you want to do that or not... It shouldnt be something your mom should decide for you or do to make things more complected for you...

The problem with these emails, is that there is zero context when she sends them to me. What else am I supposed to think? Anyway, now the good news! I was successfully able to update my driver's license at the DMV. They printed a temporary copy, but I should receive my new one with my married name within 5-7 business days. Hopefully, by this time next week, I should have my new license.

Apparently, the only thing I really needed was a certified marriage certificate. Next DMV project, is updating my car title. That will be in June.
