You do? I didn't like her that much. She seemed to have a massive chip on her shoulder. Not sure of her judge of character, either.

She saw things as they were. She painted people as negative beings and it's true. She hated everything and everyone and it's something i can relate to. She was the most real character i've seen for a while.

I don't think people are negative beings, though. Everyone has both and most of the time you see the positive aspects coming out, like helping those in need. I see why you identify with her, perhaps I would have a long time ago, but I certainly don't now.

I loved Carrie. She was a bit more cynical than I am, but I could see myself being friends with someone like her, cause a lot of my irl friends are not bubbly. I agree with you, Jade. She felt very authentic.

My guess is that he was intrigued by the thought of seducing someone as naive as she seemed to be. She had a kind of innocence about her then and I think he wanted to be the one who took that away.

I'll say this for Colin: he did a great job of making me hate him! I didn't think that was possible. :lol:

^^^ and to add to that, I think he figured because she's so naive and really looking to fit in, she'd be easier to bend to his will.
