it is a very loooong book.I have a little over 300 pages left to read. I don't think I'll ever be able to read something this long again.

They did make a movie with Jim Caviezel, Guy Pearce and Henry Cavill back in the early 2000s The Count of Monte Cristo (2002) - IMDb But that adaptation was so different from the book. It's not a bad movie, just different.

I honestly don't know how I did it. It's well written and not dry like a lot of classic novels, so that helped.

I need to read more Austen. I've only read P&P. I did read Jane Eyre and that was good. Never attempted Wuthering Heights because I've heard bad things about it.
