that's the problem - its not like its a part time job without benefits

Additionally

seems our city is mainly only about call centers and already worked at 4 of them - I rather leave this one and go to an office which would require full time job searching

It is your choice Sarah but if your job is affecting you mentally then I feel you are better off to at least keep an eye out for other jobs. You never know something good may come up which is better than your current job. If you are just looking then you do not have the pressure of going through job applications or interviews unless you actually find something worth applying for. It also means that you know what jobs are available and going around in your area currently for when you start really looking for a new job. I would also be already looking at what is available for a new place if you want to do that too. Again I feel if the job is affecting you getting out of the negative situation sooner is more important to your health but your choice there as well.

I may start doing that

at least look but still don't see anything changing, both financial reasons and don't do well with changes. Plus next 6 months with medical bills is set though my regular paycheques, properly scared to even throw in a change of job while medical expenses

See how my doctor appointment goes Wednesday cause the feelings I have are unknown to me

past week have just been cranky/moody all day while at work. So want professional advice from a doctor and direction on if I'll be out of moody after a week off
