SA did say that he made less then majority of the cast during the first few seasons so I would be surprised if Katie made less then , though everything with Arrow was pretty much taken from her so it also wouldnt surprise me if she didnt (well it still would).

I noticed she's been rather distant when it comes to anything Arrow for the past few months, I wonder how things are going bts for her.

I noticed that too. Maybe her involvement isn't as much as we think for this season?
