Tbh I hope that never changes.. I think it just shows that there are still feelings left.. I love that they were onscreen together more than half the rest of the season

and hey, at least there's passion. I'd be afraid if they were always okay with each other. they think differently, and I hate it when he brings up stuff that were totally uncalled for, but they get to have good conversations

It was so uncalled for what Oliver said about Sara

was unfair but he wasn't in his right mind, he was very much all over the place

so no filter

Also hope that they do continue to have the off and on, they have these passionate type of conversations because they are both passionate people - even if not all of them are positive, do want a positive one soon

Mericle: I think so. I mean, she has really come into her own as Black Canary, and we really like that she and Oliver are on a completely new footing this season. She’s become a superhero in her own right on the team, someone with an equal voice and someone with power — and Oliver respects her. She has the ability, just like Dig had in previous seasons, to really put the brakes on things and make him think about his decisions. We really love that dynamic.

he needs that and I think Laurel is the one to do that - she's known him for SO LONG and I really need them to get back to friends/equal footing. Need him to see her as an equal - I'll be happy with that, for them to become closes as friends

Even though I don't think Oliver really respects her, I hope she continues to put her foot down when it is needed. They always have Laurel try to talk to Oliver but majority of the time it is very one sided, she tries to encourage him, oppose him but he just basically ignores her until they have someone else come in and give him the same speech where he actually listens and cares what they say. If Laurel isn't dead, they need to up that part of their relationship. I feel like whatever she says goes in 1 ear and out the other.

think we saw that in the last episode - Dig goes and agrees with them but at the same time gives him a tough love speech
