It looks like they photoshopped his head on to the body lol. You can tell by looking at the left ear. Even when he was Cap, his arms were never that big. He has abs, but they're definitely not that defined. I always see him photoshopped on naked porno dudes' bodies. But I know tons of women are willing to buy that calendar so who am I to rain on anyone's parade.

It's a body morph photoshop from a Deviant Art account. Guess the person who made the calendar just picked pics they liked.
