my problem is my migraine medication has a side effect of weight gain, ive been on and off different kinds for years but the one i am currently on seems to have a bigger effect on me with the weight gain. ive always had a hard time losing weight, and since lately i havent been exercising im bigger than ever lately. (not huge but still bigger than id like to be). i really need to lose some of this weight, i dont like feeling fat. but its so hard to get rid of it.

Sorry to hear that, Jen! I take meds for my hypertension and they are water pills that are supposed to help me lose weight, but since I'm not very active and eat right I don't lose any
