He's one of those people that made the character his own, like HJ/Wolverine and RDJ/Iron Man. So if they ever make another reincarnation of Steve Rogers, it will be weird for me and won't even compare.

A reboot will possibly happen sometime in the future. Maybe not in the next few years, but I could see it happening 15+ years down the line if Marvel keeps churning out movies (Feige already has like the next 10 years mapped out). You'd want to keep your marquee characters in the lineup. The only way for there to be no reboot is if Marvel stops making movies altogether (and never sell their characters to another movie studio again) or they stick to secondary characters and make them more popular than the original Avengers because they need people to keep watching.

Yeah, that was my point, I think if they ever did reboot it in future years, it would not stand up to the precedent set by Chris. He is and will always be the icon to follow.
