Yes, especially because it's healthier since you know what is in them! I'm Chinese, so my family makes them often.

I enjoy homemade Chinese food, but not so much when eating out.

And I meant I don't enjoy eating Chinese out where most places are more Americanized.

I do too! If they get too soggy, I just put them in the broiler to crisp them back up.

Yep, I don't like soggy! But those egg roll wraps are okay too. Like the clear/transparent ones with lettuce and shrimp or chicken.
