If you purchase the Lightning Lane pass it's not a lot of waiting, but I believe you have to pay for each ride individually and it's $9-$16 USD and after you use your appointment slot, you can pay for another slot if there's one available. Tickets are already over $100, so it might cost you another $100 if you want to ride the popular rides without a long wait.
