Usually, the board votes on a title.
With a posting challenge, the winning board gets a custom title for a month. But it has to be the same title for everyone who participated / wants one  Usually you put suggestions in the OP and then half way through the month, you ask one of the Moderator Managers to set up a poll in the thread so everyone can vote on which title they'd like __________________
