Thanks for the counts Mee! I haven't had internet for days. Finally had to get a new modem-well comcast calls it a Gateway. Just got it back on tonight.

Yes it is! I did a customer service chat on my phone and they told me they were gonna mail me a new modem. I waited 2 days-checked my email at work and notice of it. I went to the local office where there was no record of my convo at all and no record of me getting the stuff by mail. Weird. So I took another modem from them and they promised me this one was the newest. They gave me an old one last time still in schrink wrap but that doesn't mean it's new or it works.
