You don't have to finish it, but you do have to play almost until the end.

Yeah the combat felt bad and the movemen't didn't seem smooth to me. I tried changing the sensitivity and it still felt slow.

I liked the soundtrack and design though, even with the Dishonored 2-ness of the UI.

I read that there's an imput delay on ps4 and that they'll fix it before it comes out. That would definitely explain the game feeling weird.
