I just started, but when I headshot some random goon with my bow, it unlocked two random trophies for things I definitely haven't done yet.

It hasn't happened since, so hopefully it was just some seriously random coincidence. I shot my arrow so perfectly that I unlocked two trophies in a different country.

I've made it to England now though.

I explored Norway quite a bit, so it took about 6 hours to get there, but I'm sure you get to go back later.
