Oliver doesn't have a ring because that's not oliver from earth one (they're from other worlds). Their jackets, it's written trigger twins who happens to be DC heroes (never heard of them before) who are twins?

Stephen writing welcome to the family (he wrote the same to the dude who plays william), Kat liking the announcement of william on twitter... So far we knows she's shot 7x7, it's possible she only shot the flashforward. The flashforward being in 20 years, the actress is 22 years old but could easily play someone who is 18-19 (and if she is 19 then that means that the pregnancy is coming soon). It would also explain Beth being like yeah there's no olicity baby because she ain't a baby

I've read that argument but it's less than convincing. People focusing on William saying he is Oliver queen's son (and not using the past tense) but even if your father dies, you'll always say that you are his son, not that you were.The writers here are clearly trying to mislead people because it's ambiguous, same whether william said you knew my father or you know my father.
