Honestly, I think it's interesting when Diggle imparts his knowledge when it comes to Roy and Oliver... mostly because I feel like it reflects Oliver and Diggles in the first seasons. Diggle was a bit like Oliver's mentor and confidant like Oliver is Roy's now. And I think Diggle still grounds Oliver and reminds him that he has options... that doing the right thing isn't always so clear cut.

100% agree and I love that Diggle is actually one of the few people who Oliver actually listens too.

I love how much faith Diggle had in Oliver being able to take Barry despite the fact that Barry has super speed.

I also like the scene in tonight's episode where Diggle tells Oliver that he really doesn't care about his marriage and Oliver tells him that he would if him and Lyla were still married.

I would love to see Oliver be the best man at their wedding.

Honestly, there is no bigger cheerleader for John Diggle's happiness than Oliver. That I truly believe. Even though I think he looks at Diggle and sees him getting everything that Oliver himself wants, Oliver never begrudges his friend that.

I agree with you and I just love it so much. I love how Diggle is one of the few people that Oliver actually listens to and how much he wants Oliver to stop making himself suffer and be happy.

That hugging scene. One of my favorite scenes between them!

I think it goes both way Diggle returns the cheerleading Diggle is always pushing Oliver to be happy and not to just live under the hood, aka wanting Oliver to be with Felicity

That was a great scene! Diggle is great. If they show Lyla/Diggle getting married, I hope Oliver is the best man.
