My anxiety has kicked up again closer and closer to date allowed benefit from government related to "sick benefit" related to my medical leave from work. Where trying to get my doctor to write a note stating work caused this break and would be unhealthy to return. So of course she just less than 3 weeks before deadline on current benefits wants to send me to a referral at one of the 3 hospitals in town

See her again on the 14th - 3 days before deadline of 17th, so think I'm just going to be like. Just state work was a factor and list what I've told her of why its a factor from things that have happened over the last 2 years. Than state the resentment and disrespect that I felt from the company

Cause no matter what I ain't going back so rather her state factors even if she doesn't feel work was 100% the cause - certainly had a big impact to what happened and I'll take my chance with the Unemployment department of the government even if I quit. I'll have backing from a note stating factors of my current triggering of whatever mental condition got that may have always been there. So let the department decide how picky they want to be related to somebody that quit with Family Doctor backing
