Apparently him working out in the arrow days really took his toll on him i haven't listened to the podcast where he talks about it, but he's had a panic attack in the middle of the podcast, and then came back three weeks later but basically i'm afraid it would be quite triggering for me

I just read part of an interview with the guy who did the podcast - he said that Stephen had been pushing himself way too hard with the wrapping of Arrow, promoting Code 8 and it all just got too much for him.
