He couldn't have kids,so even if Clare wasn't pregnant,they had to adopt. I think love doesn't know bloodlines and other tangible things. It just is and he adored her. She was obviously a daddy's girl based on her choices and the way she treated Clare in Scotland.

I think he loved her too much,tbh. Telling Clare he was taking Brianna with him and giving her grief for being too busy to be with her family was petty and vindictive. He couldn't bear to be without his daughter,so he wanted to take her with him,even if it was mean. Brianna was his kid more than Clare's in his mind as far as I can tell.

I can't help but wonder how it would be for him if he hadn't died. He'd be married to Sandy,so if Clare went back,it wouldn't matter. Obviously she'd have to tell Brianna the truth first,but Brianna wouldn't be alone. She'd have her father and if she still dropped out of Harvard,she could move to England.

Yes, he believed he had more right, but in hindsight he had no rights whatsoever to strip Claire completely of her daughter. It would only take one court case for Frank to lose Brianna, so i’m So surprised he had the guts to even suggest it. Men rarely win these cases and Frank had nothing on his side, unless he bribed the judge.

Brianna isn’t alone. She’s got Roger.

No,he didn't. Brianna has Roger,but it's not the same as having a parent around.

Yeah, because he died in the books a lot sooner and the book was okay after his death.

it's really towards the end it got boring.
