But there's more and more (the strike started since 2 weeks) guests who can't come for lectures and such, meetings planned and mostly delivery companies are starting to slow their activities (for pieces and shipments that get out or are received by the museum) so there's a lot of last minute cancellations, phone calls, rescheduling, replacements etc...which is becoming time consuming

No only part of it (that I wrote) the rest is new development that is not finished and therefore there is now manual *le sigh* But this one customer had gotten permission to use it.
