Felicity has always made Oliver a better man. She’s called him out when he’s been a jerk and made him want to actually save the city instead of just killing all the bad guys. And then, she’s offered him the tech help that he desperately needed because she wanted to find a way to help others.

Meanwhile, Oliver has helped Felicity gain more confidence in herself. She’s often second-guessed some of her actions or struggled with her nerves, but Oliver often gave her the confidence boost she needed.

Together, they’re an excellent team. I’ve always wanted to see them parent together, but that was never meant to be except for the brief time they worked together to give William a home after his mom’s death. However, they would have made an awesome duo when it came to parenting.

Ending the series finale with the two of them together was all kinds of awesome.

this review is on point because looking back there was no point to season 8 except for mia to get to know oliver
