She could use Wilson. It's a fairly common name and she doesn't sound Australian. I don't think anyone would think she's related to Slade just because she happens to be named Wilson too. I agree that she probably can't use Darhk though. Not after what Oliver did in 4x09. Although if she's running for office how long could she really hide being married to Darhk? But it's definitely possible she uses an entirely fake name and tries to keep her connection to DD secret.
