I was starting to think in season 3 that Rosa is Holt's secret favorite out of the precinct once they had their bonding moment and shared vulnerable things with each other

I love how Holt always looks out for Rosa’s emotional well being. That squad is so lucky to have such a good captain!
 I found it so funny though when he got mad at her for full out saying he needed to “bone” his BF and he went on for half an hour ranting about it while the whole bull pen just stood around and Amy was freaking out inside  __________________

I just realized mid-season 7 that Holt and Rosa are the two characters that actually have a character growth arc throughout the entire show. And most of it happens because the two of them work on their traits only together without the rest of the colleagues even knowing much!
