Ronnie's abilities and his special effects are too spendy without making him a major character, and since there is so much already promised for season 2, I don't think there's time for Ronnie. The visualeaffects for him were a really big deal, and since there's a spinoff with Victor Garber, it's possible they are saving it for him on that show. Now we also have Killer Frost coming, which means more visual effects!

Yep the effects and stuff looks amazing look at Grodd a lot of people was shocked to see him on the show but that cost money on OUAT one episode to film with all of that costs 1 million dollars. And speaking of the spin off they casted Hawk Girl and Rip Hunter looking forward to see Hawk Girl flying with her wings and mace. Also the writers are talking about having a team up of Flash/Arrow/Supergirl if CBS lets them and they also want to add Vixen in the mix. I'm all for female leads.

I think the speculations might be right about the metahuman taking Caitlin's appearance and kissing Barry

So I'm hearing people are getting worry about Caitlin becoming KF so early I'm not one word Flashpoint.Think about it the writers said there a huge storyline from the comics coming to the show funny because that's when DP started the whole KF coming soon of course KF would be coming soon in Flashpoint. Barry never becomes The Flash that also means no Reverse Flash which means no Team Flash Caitlin wouldn't met Eobard//Cisco/Ronnie somehow she becomes KF Cisco would become Vibe and Ronnie may still become Firestorm it's because of Eobard that they met no Flash means no Eobard. Barry without his powers would be a nice twist the roles would be reverse with Caitlin/Cisco with powers and Barry with no powers he would need there help to fix things. Picture a scene with Barry and Killer Frost in the Flashpoint timeline.
