I really enjoyed the episode. Joe needed a pep talk about changing the way he does things and Barry needed another talk to use what time was left as he kept on getting older. We did get an older Barry Allen in an earlier season...he turned out to be Salvitar who used an armor suit to travel around.
I missed Cisco giving the bad guy a name. Maybe TVLine will give him a name. Lois and Clark TNaoS did an aging episode where Jimmy was forced to give his youth to an old criminal who wanted to be young again. It designed my female mad scientist. Superman had to give up some of his years to give Jimmy back his life [normal age] |

im glad Joe finally accepted change
