I'm probably in the minority here but I wanted Bette (Plastique) to be recurring on the show. I loved her character's back story.

The ratio of guys to girls is definitely super high.
And yeah, I'd really like to have villains stick around or a meta human to join Team Flash. I was excited for ... Tommy (the bully?) to attempt to redeem himself by joining but well, he died __________________
