Joe and Iris have known and loved Barry since he was a kid. They shaped his character the most. Others may disagree but I believe WestAllen and Barry/Joe are Barry's most important relationships.

I agree, that is so true and they are my two favorite relationships on the show.

I prefer Wally/Joe's relationship. He's never had his father, grew up poor with his mother. I do like Barry/Joe but not as much.
