So I am thinking that when Nora ran into Cisco and Ralph at the coffee shop, that was her first time time traveling. But she screwed something up and her parents wedding didn't work out and they didn't get to say, I do. Which would explain when she told Barry to say I do. Plus I do think these two time are the first couple times she traveled, because she was a lot happier, unaware she may be screwing things up. We may never know but till told otherwise, that is my head cannon. I know it may not make sense, but who knows what could have been set in motion, that somehow changed the past. Or she heard about the wedding fiasco the first time she was there. Cause we know she spied on her parents.
