I think it will be Caitlin. The only other female regular is Caitlin, the one she has the most interaction. Cecile is a close second. My first thought was Linda but she hasn't being in the show since season 2. Cynthia and Iris are not that close, yet. The female in the arrowverse barely interact with one another unless they are on the same show. No maid of honor is also am option since Barry as her best friend would have being the man of honor but thank God he's the groom. Iris could decide to go without a maid of honor.

Caitlin is the most likely option in my opinion. Felicity is also a possibility, especially if they get married in the crossover. I would love for it to be Cecile but they didn't have that many interactions. Hopefully, they'll rectify it in the upcoming season
