It's just Franessa shipper in me, but they are both miserable and in their time of need and it seems like they won't even talk to each other. I realize they think they reached the point of no return and probably prefer to be left alone. But it looks like their similar situations are an excuse to introduce new characters. Nothing against them, I'm sure some of them will be fascinating, but I would love to see more bonding between Vanessa and Victor (more bonding between any main characters for that matter).

It looks like it's going to be a great season, but without Franessa.

Yeah I posted the same thought on the Vanessa thread...Eva's talking about how Vanessa is not the same person anymore and how's she's miserable and stuck in this vicious cycle and the first thing I think of "but so is Victor". Why not to help each other? It could be a potentially great storyline which would solidify their relationship, but instead they're putting Vanessa in the asylum for more misery and we've already been through that. Additionally I have a feeling Victor's relationship with Hyde will not end well for him at all. I love PD's angst, it's fitting and well done, but isn't it time for some healing as well?

I was hoping they would be spending more time together, but look at the state of Vanessa: she's practically eating off the floor... And if Victor hasn't gone full junkie mode, he would go there and try to help her. I'm happy that at least Lyle will visit her, such a sweet man.

Plus the show likes to perpetrate the idea that Vanessa could find solace only in Ethan's arms.

Jekyll is a doctor too, so there's gonna be some fascination, thirst for knowledge and maybe a little bit of jealousy in Vic's storyline this season.

Seems like she can't function with Ethan not being around. I wonder how she managed to survive all these years.
