Lana went to set I think since it seems they snapped the photo in the Enchanted Forest.

I see fans asking her all the time and she doesn't seem to reply to those questions anymore. I have a hard time believing she doesn't see those requests, as common as they are.

We may be getting a softer looking Regina this season given what we saw in tonight's episode. Don't want to give anything away for those who haven't seen it yet.
