I did finally find someone on twitter tonight who was in the 2nd row at the panel and saw Lana hug Sean. So I wasn't imagining things in my video, lol. It was really quick but she had her arm around his neck then put her other arm across his chest and gave him a quick squeeze. So cute and sweet!

ETA: I just found another Spooky video. At about 9:15 on this is another view of the cheek kissing.
