I've been rewatching scenes and I love Red and Aram at the open grave. Both men are such good actors. I noticed that Red said, I have stood over the open grave of my mother....and the others..

Did he mean his family?

I truly think he and Aram have a bond. Aram has seen him almost in tears at the grave site and again at Doms.

When I think of this scene and when Aram goes to get him at Doms I agree with the statement... although truth he told Mr Reddington and I do have a special relationship.

Aram has seen him close to tears. He's seen his grief.

The scene at the cemetery is my all time favorite Red/Aram episode as well. It was so emotional and such a well written and well played scene.

Red and Aram definitly have a special bond.

And I think he was talking about his family as well.
