I think he's working for her, directly or indirectly... One of these two.

Red thinks so too but I am not sure. He is so dead set on finding Red so if he would be working for Kaplan that would make it so easy for him to find Red and arrest him for killing all those people cause I am sure in one of those 86 bodies there is a shred of evidence that he killed them. What does Kaplan have to gain when Gale is working for her and what can he do for her?

Maybe he is just indirectly manipulated by her to find him... She wants to take him down and his whole empire. It's not so easy. I'm sure she has it well planned. She's using Gale for some reason.

He's the one who can find prove of this secret task force, the deal they made with Red and for it to go public. That's what she has to gain by it... She herself can't prove anything. He could if he really is as good and determined as he seems to be. And don't forget this secret, he has one for sure, that we don't know about yet. It all will go together at the end of the season for sure.

You know when you put it like that, Kaplan probably is pulling all the strings. Cause after all, where is he coming from? It's like he fell from the sky. He just popped up like that.

If they find out about the task force and Red's agreement with them then the task force will be disbanded and Red is on his own. Of course that is what she wants.

Exactly... And why this sick guy exactly? Why not the other's that have been on the team? Yeah, I know, two are dead... But there were more for sure. But no, it's that creepy, sick guy. There is a reason for it.

I somehow hope that Red and the task force will be one step ahead.

Great analysis but I am certainly nervous for Red. I think Kaplan totally set this up with Gale to destroy the task force.

I'm nervous as well. She knows exactly where to hit Red... She knew that with one thing she could disable him in Europe completely. And that's bad already but it won't be the worst. The last three episodes will be a hell of a ride.

That was kind of funny them trying to get back to America... Yeah Kaplan knows how to hurt him. I don't know how this will end. He will have to rebuild his empire...

I think it's a big mistake to reduce his power. That lessens his ability to protect Liz. Kaplan just can't see that now.
