I think he understood why Cooper chose Aram. I was sad that he wasn't appointed AD but I get it. Cooper probably didn't want to give him extra stress and therefore a reason to do drugs again.

 Not so sure that Aram was the best choice but what choices did he have left?  And btw, I love how Ressler is trying everything to help Cooper __________________

I was so confused in this episode. It took me a while to figure out that Ressler and cooper were working the case.

I love it that Ressler is helping Cooper so well with this case. It was good to see them going to Mrs. Lacroix together and than catching the guy who killed her.
