 Who and where is Gina Zanetakos? Because when I saw the audio commentary to Berlin:Conclusion the producers started on that topic and said that she has escaped and that this was mentioned in Berlin:Conclusion  Besides, I answered one question as well  __________________

She said to Red in 1x19 that Tom killed Jolene and he affirmed it to her and she is like 'Why didn't you tell me?'... So she knows already __________________
