If there's good pay off than so be it, but killing the love of her life, husband of her children and what was worse is we didn't even see her grief and dealing with her pregnancy or Ellen the screentime she deserved.

I would have loved to see her reaction to Zola's comment at Christmas instead I got Bailey and her husband talking about Idris Elba.

i knew the show doesnt dwell grief well but what they show was ridiculous.

They didn't know how to deal with Derek's aftermath or didn't care. Can't believe Stacy McKee once a very great writer wrote that crap.

we missed out on Meredith's entire grievig process... honestly... I don't know anything about her... how is she? E23 and E24 didn't tell us a lot either... we know she has a hard time staying in the house and that she cried after Amelia's speech, but we don't know too much about her...we really only know how Amelia is

it just wasnt right. The least they could do was show us how she grieves but of course apparently that is too much to ask
