Mer will never forget Derek.

Even if the writers aren't smart enough to have her mention Derek a lot next season (although they might throw some mentions in, who knows), WE know that he's in her heart and is thought of every time she looks at their three children.

And I hope she continues wearing the ferryboat scrub cap.

For us, she will NEVER forget him, no matter what Shonda will do, if she continue her vindictive crap like she did in his last episode and lack of aftermath.
