Not everyone who appears in movies/tv shows gets a slice of the royalties, it completely depends on their contract. Most people who are not the leads are paid a sum for their performance and never see a cent from the project after that. Some only get a piece of the box office profits from its original run and nothing else after that.

Lauren Graham has talked about how her first Gilmore Girls contract didn't include any profits from DVD sales at all (since DVDs were fairly new back then). So any sale of those first few seasons of the show - even if you bought them today - give no money back to her. And she said during the publicity of the revival that she also gets no royalties from the show being in reruns on tv every day or the original seven seasons streaming on Netflix (although she was paid very well for the revival). So let's hope that orange idiot doesn't get any profits from Two Weeks Notice, whatever his contract was it probably didn't foresee streaming services etc.
