It's just a new thing they've done, no third party hosting. A lot of boards have lost arts etc

^About 2-3 weeks ago.

Things aren't lost, people can still access their accounts, but you just can't post things. So all art makers that used it are now trying to save everything off it and upload it elsewhere.
