in so many 'Deep Blue Sea' interviews, the director and cast kept talking about the passionate nature of Hester and Freddie's relationship. Personally, the movie could have expanded much more on this aspect. Really....much, much more. ahem.

You're right, actually. (and I'm not just saying that because I, too, wanted to see more ) I mean, you could see the desire and the tension between them, but the consummation was less intense than I would have expected.

I think the DVD has an audio commentary but only the director is featured in it. And there are interviews with Rachel and Tom. The one with Tom is on youtube if you haven't seen it:
