We now know who kidnaps Catherine. It's Tahmoh Penikett, who will play a mercenary. What I want to know is who ordered the kidnapping and why.

I think Megan is having the time of her life playing Catherine. One minute she's almost beheaded, the other she has a one night stand, then she's kidnapped and blindfolded, who knows what's next.

I think that I figured out why Catherine was kidnapped. I think that Mary paid the mercenary lord to kidnap her. The Duke de Guise and Francis went off to fight the English at Calais. Mary was counting on her uncle's troops to save her mother and her throne. Who is the one person who could singlehandedly finance an army? Catherine, that's who. She has already rejected Mary in the past, but Mary is desperate and desperate people do desperate things. Mary will demand a ransom for her release through the kidnappers, she'll then be able to send troops to help Marie de Guise. If I'm correct, I don't know how Mary is going to keep Catherine from finding out what she did.

Thanks, I thought that it would be considered a spoiler. I'm fairly new on this forum. The other post is just my supposition, but I think that it will turn out to be Mary who paid the mercenary to kidnap Catherine.
