3 Strike Rule
Due to issues we’ve been having on the board recently, we’re adopting a new method for dealing with problems that may occur on the board. We believe it’s a necessary thing to do, as we want everyone to be able to enjoy themselves and feel respected here.

As a result, we’re adopting the Three Strike System on our board. This means every time a thread breaks one of the rules of the board, a strike is issued that lasts 6 months. If a thread gets 3 strikes, then it is closed for 24 hours. Strikes will be issued by the consensus of the moderators. Once the second strike has been issued, the moderators will consult with the Moderator Managers about a possible temporary thread closure.

The following actions will result in a strike being issued:

Going overboard with bashing a couple in appreciation threads. Constructive criticism, comparisons, as well as some negative comments are fine, but it will be our discretion as to whether or not it crosses the line. The main point of the thread should be about appreciating the couple it's dedicated to.
Bashing a fanbase and/or talking about posts from their thread is not allowed.
Incessant off-topic talk. We do realize that, from time to time, there will be a lull in a thread because lack of the character/ship on-screen or because of a hiatus. However, if you want to talk extensively about something we ask you to use the Off-Topic thread or take it to PM. Thanks.
Disrespecting other posters or moderators in a thread.
Making fun of titles, or using titles that take jabs at the other fanbase is not allowed.
