Yes, the baby bomb will drop in one way or another, and my guess is that it'll happen before the end of this season.

As I said, IMO the best way to drop it would be to make it as a parallel with Mary's pregnancy as well. After all it has always been Mary's fear.

About Lola's baby: I think it'll be one of the cliffhangers. Francis will find out but we won't really know his reaction to it will be, or what it means for him and Mary til next season
