I know I need to watch what I'm eating more and do more exercise I should probably just do that it might be cheaper

Buy the frozen weight watchers meals...Smart Ones...and then eat all you want...and don't think about it either...out of sight, out of mind and it does work...it's worked for me so far.

But I've gained so much weight that I don't even fit into most of pants anymore that's bad! Like I lost 7 pounds last year then I stopped doing what I was doing cuz we were getting ready to move and then I'm pretty sure I gained like 10-15 since then! I'm terrible!

I know I shouldn't care so much Ash, and I wouldn't but I have wedding to go to next year my best friend is getting married so that's my plan to use her wedding as a way to make me start taking care of myself better and then by her wedding I should have it in route that afterwards I don't have to think about it I just do it. You understand?
