I liked him. I thought he was basically an okay guy - although his thing for Lisbon was a little stalkerish.

Yeah another reason I hated him besides the jisbon angle was the reason I was mad at Abbott he shot a bad guy yet called Jane a freak show

Well, almost all the cops/agents above Lisbon though Jane was a freak show. Some weren't quite as vocal about it as Bosco.

I did feel that he wanted to act and seem like he was Lisbon's friend - like he wanted the best for her. But really he just wanted her - any way he could get her.

I don't think Bosco knew. I think he was jealous of *any* man who got to work with Lisbon like Jane did - plus since he thought Jane was a flake he probably thought he could be dangerous.

I do think that Bosco - or rather, his death and the death of his team - made the Red John case more personal for Lisbon. I don't think she cared for Bosco in a romantic way - but she did genuinely care for him.
